SENSORY PROFILE
Ruby red tending to garnet. A lovely herbaceous fragrance on the
nose over stewed fruit and dried flowers, ending on a note of spice.
The palate shows a masterful structure, with tannins already
maturing beautifully, flavours of fruit preserve, and a cinnamon- and
nutmeg-laced finish.


SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Stuffed rabbit al guanciale, roast duck with chestnuts, mushroom
crêpes au gratin, pork chops with butter and sage
Serving temperature 18°C. Open bottle one hour before serving.
