SENSORY PROFILE
A deep straw-yellow with brilliant greenish highlights. The
nose shows elegant, complex floral and fruit aromas, opening
to plum and yellow peach, and ending on notes of mineral
and garden vegetables. Very supple and savoury on the
palate, with tasty vein of acidity.


SERVING SUGGESTION
Mixed seafood with herbs, tagliolini with calamari and
prawns, filleted red mullet with prosciutto. Aperitifs and
antipasti. Cuttlefish salad with chives.
Serve at 10-12 °C.
