Ruby red with flashes of rose-petal and coral. Rich, full
scents dominate the nose, with nuances of spring
blossoms, wild rose, and violet over clear notes of wild
strawberry and wild berries. The palate is lively and closes
lean and crisp, with a pleasant bitterishness and a savoury
hint of summer cherry.
Prawn gnocchi with chives, traditional fish broth, loin of veal
with saffron, pasta stuffed with mushrooms and ricotta.
Serve at 12-14 °C.
